Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Outlet Incharge for Power Sales to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time, junior level position based in Warangal, suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will oversee the retail outlet operations and drive sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • proven experience in inventory management, mandatory skill, to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage

  • proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems for smooth transaction handling and checkout processes
  • ability to execute visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers
  • team leadership skills to motivate and manage a cohesive retail staff effectively
  • data analysis and reporting abilities to monitor sales patterns and strategize improvements
