Job Responsibilities :

Conduct plant Performance monitoring with respect to throughput, yield, Energy, Cat chem Quality, and Process Reliability.
Support CTS Manager for plant problem troubleshooting and performance improvement.
Collect data and conduct relevant analyses for the stated purpose and execute corrective actions.
Support project proposal for management approval.
Participation in Root cause Analysis, PHA, MOC/PIO review, etc.
Prepare monthly technology reports.
Master relevant modelling tools.
Learn preliminary economic evaluation & financial aspects of a PIOs/New projects.
Conduct training in one's field; be thorough with basic principles of chemical engineering.
Participate in PSM activities
Prepare data and trend for Tripod meeting monthly.
Provide inputs for production planning to Operations.
Analysis of customer complaints within specified time frame.
Improve APC Uptime and MVCPI
Update PT documentation as necessary.
Participate in Technology Network
Maintain strong interface with Technology COE
Identify PIOs through the study of LFIs, advisory from licensor, benchmarking reports, literature search etc.
Learn and perform process design calculations on MOCs.
Understand and adopt RIL Design Engineering Practices

Education Requirement :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from an Institute of repute

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial experience with good technical background and good communication skills.
