What You’ll Do
- Sales, Business Development, New Logo Acquisition for Equifax
- Consultative Solutions Sales, Relationship and Account Management
- Getting New clients and implementation of Share of Wallet strategy with a key eye on competition share and solutions
- Key focus clients to primarily include Private / Foreign Banks in Western region of India
- Lead by example along with exceptional supervisory management skills
- Manage sales management process (sales pipeline, close, collection etc) enabling forecast business to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- This is a senior level Sales leadership Position, hence a seasoned expert of minimum 16 - 20 years of experience in leading and managing Sales teams in BFSI industry is required.
- Have been in a leadership position of a consumer / commercial lending business of top tier Private bank or a bureau in most recent experience
- Experience in Bureau or its affiliated partners with relevant B2B sales exp. be given preference
- Fluency in local languages is a pre-requisite
- To hold minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an MBA / CA
- Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgment in a variety of situations.
- Result orientation and ability to deliver under strict timelines with proven track record of exceeding targets Y-O-Y
- Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, collaborating across teams and functions
- Executive presence and assertiveness with strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
- High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
- Ability to build trusting relationships - across all levels and within Equifax / should be known and regarded as a trusted competent advisor.
- Business Acumen – Spends time to ensure understanding of the client / business and aligns accordingly. Demonstrable aptitude to network and builds relationships
- Execution champion – Ability to negotiate and bring deals to closure. Focuses and ensures closure without compromising on output quality. Raises / flags issues as necessary, works along & moves forward with a solutioning approach.
- Change agent – Ability to diagnose correctly, design and execute interventions. Ensures communication through appropriate channels in a concise and proactive manner.
- Driving innovation – A believer in continuous improvement of services, processes and operational efficiency. Demonstrates curiosity and critical thinking.
- Direct account management - Should have a strong flair for understanding client’s business requirements and providing Equifax solutions
- Equifax Brand ambassador - Ability to confidently represent Equifax and be a brand ambassador for Equifax
