Your Role: As a Store Partner, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience – serving smiles, brewing great chai, and supporting smooth store operations!
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers warmly
Prepare & serve tea/coffee per brand standards
Handle billing and cash transactions
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene
Support team members to meet store goals
Follow safety, quality, and company policies
What We’re Looking For: 12th Pass / Diploma
1+ year of experience in food service (preferred)
Friendly, reliable & good communication skills
Comfortable with shift work & weekends
Positive attitude & team spirit!
Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
