- Technical expertise in Switches Development and related Engineering requirements.
- Technical expertise of vehicle Schematics development. - Awareness of relevant Legal requirements and system level functions and Testing.
- Understanding of Product development process & Project timelines - Experience in engineering Supplier governance.
- Experience of handling field issues, idea generation & problem solving
- Strong inter-personal skills to work effectively with Suppliers & cross functional teams across the globe.
- Awareness of future technological advancement in ADAS is added advantage
- Understand SW HW requirements for the Switches and the System
