This leadership role is focused on serving customers with a smaller footprint, ensuring high-quality, scalable service delivery from a dedicated team based in EMEA and India to a global customer base spanning the Nordics, Central Europe, the Americas, and APAC. As Director, Consulting, Professional Services, you will also act as a figurehead and evolve the wider India-based PS organization, which delivers onboarding, implementation, and optimization services to a wide range of global customers.

You should bring a strong background in driving customer value and creating positive customer experiences through professional services engagements.

Your team will play a vital role in ensuring customers are successfully deployed, operational, and expanding within our solutions. You will also be expected to proactively find and drive opportunities for growth within our customer portfolio, often with high-volume, small-value customers who represent major brands and significant future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Our figurehead for the India-based Professional Services team, including managers and consultants, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery across Nordics, Central Europe, the Americas, and APAC customer segments
  • Ensure alignment with global delivery frameworks while maintaining flexibility to meet diverse regional customer needs
  • Identify and capture opportunities within own customer portfolio to expand services within the existing customer base, particularly with high-potential, high-volume customers
  • Foster a results-driven, customer-centric team culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Support the development and scaling of delivery processes to improve speed, consistency, and customer satisfaction globally
  • Collaborate closely with regional PS counterparts and cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Product and Technology to ensure seamless account coverage and handoffs
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating the value and impact of our solutions
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and outlook, on resource utilization, project progress, and customer outcomes to drive operational excellence
  • Serve as a role model of leadership without borders, proactively breaking down silos and focusing on collective success

  • Experience: 10 or more years in professional services, consulting, or customer success, with at least 5 years leading delivery teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Customer Growth Focus: Proven experience identifying expansion opportunities within an existing customer base through services leadership and value articulation
  • Leadership: Strong people management skills, including experience managing managers, building and developing collaborative teams, and scaling organizations
  • Execution-Driven: Highly action-oriented, able to prioritize and deliver results with urgency and focus
  • Segment Delivery Expertise: Familiarity with scalable delivery models supporting high-volume, lower-value customer portfolios
  • Operational Excellence: Strong capability to optimize service workflows, enhance efficiency, and scale delivery operations
  • Global Mindset: Experienced in a global operating environment, balancing regional execution with global strategy and governance
  • Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Relationship Builder: Adept at building trust and influence across customer organizations from day-to-day users to senior executives
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of cloud-based platforms; exposure to accounts payable automation, ERP ecosystems, or financial technology solutions is preferred
