Human Resource Executive

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  
  

Handling new employee joining formalities and documentation

Maintaining employee master data and personal files

Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

Coordinating with various departments for manpower planning

Managing attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs

Handling employee engagement activities and grievance redressal

Supporting performance appraisal and exit formalities

Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws

Qualifications

Qualification: Any graduate (MBA HR preferred)
