The Program Manager – Special Projects will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives within the organization. Job Description
As a Senior Manager in the CEO's office, you will be responsible for managing various strategic initiatives and projects within the organization. You will be a key player in driving digital innovation and change management, ensuring that the organization stays ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving business landscape. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and ensuring that all projects are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Principal Accountabilities
Project Management: Oversee and manage a wide range of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the project.
Strategic Digital Innovation & Roadmap: Develop and implement a strategic digital innovation roadmap to drive business growth and efficiency. This includes identifying new technologies and digital trends that can be leveraged to improve business operations.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. This includes communicating project status and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of change. This includes developing change management strategies and plans, and ensuring that all employees are adequately prepared for change.
Data Analysis & Interpretations: Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development. This includes identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations based on these insights.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This includes identifying training needs and designing training programs that meet these needs.
Compliance: Ensure that all projects and initiatives are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This includes monitoring compliance and addressing any issues that may arise.
Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. This includes overseeing recruitment, performance management, and succession planning processes.
People Management: Lead and manage a team, ensuring that all employees are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best. This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and resolving any issues or conflicts.
