Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential vendors for construction materials and services.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and contracts for project materials and services.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics with vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect vendor work quality and address any issues that may arise.
- Assist in budget management by tracking vendor expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Provide support to the Vendor Management team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
