To implement the sales strategies for the assigned product by achieving sales targets and working closely with the customers for sustainable business growth. To identify new markets in order to achieve the sales target in line with the business strategy.

- Market development and detail understanding for Specialty blends : Water Treatment (Vytal)
- Sustain & grow current product & application.
- Develop a deeper understanding of market and potential.
- Tracking competitors and substitute products.
- Understand the drivers for business like pricing, industry trends, competition, seasonality impact.
- Develop a business portfolio for short term and long term growth plan.
- Use PEARL tracker tool for portfolio management.
- Techno-commercial approach to business development
- Customer trials to establish business.
- Work with Technical service & development (TS&D) Team.
- Develop collateral with TS&D team for established product / applications.
- Achieving Budgeted Numbers – Volume & revenue & % margins
- To achieve budgeted numbers with the Existing and Newly developed customers
- Ensure that %margins at customers are higher than standard products.
- Control on receivables
- Expanding to new geographies, new application, new product grade, mitigation of existing product
- Increasing wallet share in existing market
- Customer Complaint & Resolution
- Attending & resolving Customer complaints with help of other department (Technical/R&D/Logistics etc.)
- Education qualification: Chemical engineer, MBA in Marketing
- Location: New Delhi
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Job responsibilities: Understanding and application of chemicals in the water segment, market/customer mapping, technical query resolution of customers, conducting field trials, getting new applications for Vytal, extensive travelling, coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
