Job Description

Job location: Mumbai

Key purpose of the job: The position is responsible for achieving the order booking and sales revenue targets, unit sales and collections within budgeted timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction for Pan India Projects.

To achieve budgeted individual and collective targets of the sales team for the respective products & services for India

To build the seeding database from internal and external data sources

Mapping industry/verticals to ensure in-depth coverage

Generate and maintain a strong sales funnel

Prepare customized proposal presentations to provide the strategy for various operative loyalty formats in consultation with the marketing teams.

Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence and market share

Keen market insight to pre-empt market needs and develop and implement strategies for new products and services accordingly

Creating a roadmap to gain share of customer’s mind and customer’s wallet.

Conceptualizing, managing, and maintaining loyalty and reward programs.

Formulating customer contests and customer referral programs based on app/digital/other platforms.

Driving BTL campaigns including but not limited to meets and road shows.

Creating successful customer engagements at events & exhibitions.

Carrying out Sales site based campaigns.

Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Managing a library of customer success stories/testimonials.

Identifying customers and their current and future needs, monitoring the competition and adapting strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • The successful candidate will have 7- 12 years of working experience in Loyalty Segment
  • Must have been exposed to B2B corporate sales alongwith a keen sales and marketing acumen. Specifically dealing with Chief Marketing Officers and Chief HR Officers will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships to build either an industry or functional network
  • Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions
  • Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
  • Negotiation skills, resource stewardship and an ability to handle chaos

Preferred Industries

  • Sales and marketing (product and concept selling) in Real Estate/Aviation/Banking/Hospitality etc

Eligibility, Education & Experience Requirement

  • Full-time Graduate; MBA full-time preferred although not compulsory
  • Continuously demonstrated ability to achieve sales target through a network of Loyalty Partners.
  • Excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude
