To provide effective demand servicing to customers. Ensure effective communication to customers (internal /external) on status of supply and availability of material.
Responsibilities
- SOP (Sales Order Processing) for all order types based on the rule set provided by the principal.
- Close interaction with Marketing Services, Business Support, Affiliates, and Agents.
- Timely customer communication on order status and supply/availability updates.
- Achieve 100% delivery performance with key customers.
- Capture customer complaints in the QNS (Quality Notification System).
- Arrange issuance of debit/credit notes to customers.
- Communicate with internal/external customers, Affiliates, Transport, Order Fulfillment, and Credit Management.
- Provide feedback to customers regarding Order Confirmation (OC), dispatch information, and order status.
- Prepare reports such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), Telephony, and Ticketing Tool metrics.
- Manage the team with informal authority.
- Monitor workload balancing across the team.
- Shift Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Pick up & Drop provided)
- Any Graduate
- 5-7 years relevant experience in Order Management.
- Working experience with a captive or outsourced shared service centre.
- Preferred experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
