Graduate Engineer Trainee

What is the job about?

The primary responsibility of the GET is to manage sales in the designated territory directly and through authorized channel partners.

Overall, your tasks will cover:

• Learn sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions.
• Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business.
• Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients.
• Maintains and develops relationships with clients.
• Update CRM tool on sales orders, opportunities, quotations, and activities
• Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
• Provides additional administrative support to sales representatives.
• Makes rapid and accurate calculations.
• Records sales and sends a copy to the sales team.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational training
  
  

Key Success Factors

• Achievement of targeted sales of team, time spent with the customers (face time), opportunity and activity management in system, channel management Posting, Reporting, and Work Relations.
• The individual will directly report to the Sales manager managing North and East India region. The individual will also hold the responsibility to collaborate with the other support functions.
  
  

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical as specialisation.
• Good communication in English
