Experience - 08 - 12 years in EHS. Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities -

  • Have good documentation skill of ISO 14001 & 45001.
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001 with implementation part.
  • Well aware with Behavior Based Safety & its Implementation process.
  • Have sound knowledge of all applicable legal requirements with respect to Environment, Health & Safety.
  • Good Training skill as Trainer & Man power handling skill.
  • Expert in Process Safety Management & Incident Investigations.
  • Expert in Pre- start up safety review.
  • Sound knowledge of Risk Assessment Techniques like JSA, FMEA, HAZOP, Why Why Analysis, ISHIKAWA diagram, FTA.
  • Aware about the management Reporting like MIS.
  • Aware about the ESG, BRSR & GRI reporting.
  • Aware about the Emergency preparedness & Mock drill.
  • Aware about the ETP operations & ZLD System.
  • Strong in the Work permit system & Selection of PPE & Implementation.
  • Aware about the Internal & External Audits.
  • Strong in the Safety Inspection & Reporting of observations.
  • Have a problem solving approach & Proactive approach rather than reactive approach.
  • Self-Motivated & Good communication skill & Presentation skill.
