What You’ll Do
As part of the very successful Product team in our Noida office, the Digital Graphic Designer will play a vital role in driving our Test Preparation business in India by bringing marketing campaigns to life through compelling, performance-focused creatives across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will also help in defining the visual identity of our digital learning content, by designing engaging multimedia assets such as infographics, mind maps, and flashcards that are both academically sound and visually appealing.

You will also help in defining the visual identity of our digital learning content, by designing engaging multimedia assets such as infographics, mind maps, and flashcards that are both academically sound and visually appealing.
In This Role, Your Typical Responsibilities May Include
- Be responsible to design media creatives for platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn with a focus on performance and CTR (Click Through Rate) optimization
- Create graphical email templates for newsletters, banners, thumbnails and other visual content to support marketing initiatives
- Maintain a well-organized design calendar that stays in sync with the overall marketing and demand generation campaign schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets
- You’ll be responsible for upholding brand consistency across all assets, ensuring that tone, typography, colour palettes, and layouts align with McGraw Hill’s visual and messaging standards
- Design engaging visual elements like infographics, mind maps, flashcards, etc. for digital courses
- Work closely with the product team and external partners to create audio-visual digital content resources and their derivatives
- You’ll ensure that all content assets reflect McGraw Hill’s academic tone, while also being visually modern and engaging to effectively connect with our audience
- Design UI elements, graphics, and mock-ups for digital product experiences, conversion-optimized landing pages, and product-led experiences (such as free trials, onboarding flows, and dashboards), ensuring visual consistency across all designs
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce demand generation team to create engaging visuals for product listing pages and marketing assets, while ensuring all web designs are brand-aligned, mobile-optimized, and visually appealing
- A bachelor's degree
- Good prior years of experience as a graphic or creative or digital designer
- Strong and proven years of experience in grasping of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Proven years of experience working on any Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), Figma, and Canva
- Good to have experience in Adobe Premier Pro or any other relevant video editing tool
- Proven years of experience in understanding of performance design principles, such as what makes an ad convert, what visuals drive clicks, how to convey a CTA effectively, etc..
