The team you will be a part of
The Business Process team develops, implements and sustains cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with Black Belts, Champions, and Green Belts. Identifies, suggests and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.
This Role In Summary
CRITICAL EXPERIENCE (Must have)
Prior experience in Process Engineering activities, preferred in assembly area
Prior experience in working on fast assembly systems i.e. tack time about 6-7 sec.
Hand on experience in Time study, yamazumhi study, method study
Hand on experience in NPI Project implementation
Hand on experience in capacity calculation & long term capacity planning
Hand on experience in productivity improvement, debottleneck workstations.
Hand on experience in Safety Improvements & Low cost automation.
Hand on experience plant wide manpower mapping.
Handling of blue collar & temporary labor.
Handling union negotiations.
Other Highly Valued Experience
Knowledge of WCM - WO pillar.
Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of ISO:9001
Knowledge of ISO: 14001 & 18001
Job Responsibilities
Productivity improvement through industrial engineering activity- process study time & motion study to establish production norms.
Must have a proven track record in successfully implementing process improvements with cost benefit.
Responsible for line balancing & improvement in cycle time through low cost automation
Responsible for line capacity calculations and implementations.
Responsible for preparingCyc process flow, facility planning, installation & commissioning of machines for new projects.
Responsible for maintaining the factory master plan in align with future capacity planning.
Minimum Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree preferred in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years of experience in process engineering related areas.
