Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- To execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google, Meta, email, display, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective campaign strategies, target audiences, and compelling content.
- Optimize campaign performance based on analytics insights and industry best practices.
- Advanced Analytics:
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to measure and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Adobe Analytics Mastery:
- Proficiently utilize Adobe Analytics for data collection, segmentation, reporting, and analysis.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to track customer journeys, measure attribution, and identify key performance indicators.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Clickstream Analysis:
- Analyse website traffic patterns, user behaviour, and customer journeys using clickstream data.
- Identify areas for improvement in website design, content, and user experience.
- Optimize website elements based on clickstream data insights.
- Customer Tracking:
- Implement effective customer tracking mechanisms to gather valuable data on customer behaviour and preferences.
- Analyse customer data to personalize marketing messages and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a strong focus on Adobe Analytics.
- Proven track record of successfully running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns within/ for a product organization.
- In-depth knowledge of clickstream analytics and customer tracking methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with Google, Meta, and other major digital advertising platforms.
