Job Responsibilities :

Support Drilling & Completions Function in maintaining and improving Operating Management System.
Positively influence both drilling and well completions personnel and contractors to manage their activities safety and in line with Reliance Expectations.

Achieve continuous improvement in safety performance and elimination or reduction of injuries and incidents.

Foster a positive HSE culture across the D&C organization
Support D&C function in drivingHSE performance improvements
Actively support and promote the Operating Management System and support line to implement and improve Operating Management System
Liaise with S&OR segment and group functions
Give assurance to the management on effectiveness of Contractor HSE Management Systems and suggest improvements to Reliance requirements
Monitor and assist in completing corrective action items against scheduled plans
Assist line management to implement S&OR policies, procedures, practices and standards and interpretation of requirements with respect to D&C operations
Drive line to comply with commitments made D&C HSE plan
Implement and continually improve critical HSE processes viz., incident management, emergency management, day to day S&OR assurance, training, risk management, hazard identification, ALARP demonstration, control of work, management of change, etc.

Education Requirement :

Degree from an accredited University. (Petroleum/ Mechanical/Civil/Geology preferred) and professional qualification in Safety.

Experience Requirement :

At least 10 years experience in activities related offshore D&C operations.

Skills & Competencies :

Proficient in HAZID, HITRA, bow tie analysis, safety case and other risk management tools and techniques
Independently implemented OMS for any function.
Knowledge of all aspects of D&C operations.
