Job Summary

As an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory. You will be a part of the Retail Banking team and report to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services
  • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services to existing customers to increase their relationship value
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the bank
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Fluency in local language will be an added advantage
