About The Opportunity

The primary role will be to function as a landscape designer and drive design development, prepare Revit/ CAD deliverables, conceptual reports/ presentations, and any other technical deliverables. The incumbent should be passionate about landscape design, enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. He/ she should be able to write and illustrate landscape design concepts and should have skills to explain the same through graphics, sketch up/ 3D views, etc. He/ she should have a good Firsthand experience of working on softwares such as Revit, CAD, Indesign, Sketch up, M.S.office. One should have a good knowledge of planting and should have worked on detail drawings. The opportunity is of working on the international projects, hence any kind of project work experience especially with Middle East region is preferable.

Here's what you'll need

About You

Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from premier institutions in India or reputed universities overseas Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

About 6-10 Years Professional Experience Post Masters’ Degree.

Proven ability to conceptualise and detail landscape master plans in close coordination with urban planners/ urban designers, and architects

Experience in preparation of landscape tender drawings, BOQs and detailed specifications

Proven ability to create/ manage creation of 3D visualizations and high quality 2D graphics for high reports and presentations

Knowledge of GIS for site analysis and landscape planning required

Knowledge of core horticulture/ landscape domains – soils, geology, plant species, sustainable design approaches

Sound knowledge of international best practices and ability to demonstrate innovative techniques in landscape design and sustainable development

Excellent hand sketching ability is desirable

Fluency in English

High level of proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Sketchup, Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, MS Word & Excel Interpersonal skills and team playing attitude

Proactive problem-solving approach

Good communication skills - oral, written and listening

Meticulous approach to tasks

Ability to complete tasks swiftly to meet tight deadlines

Attitude to take individual initiative while performing tasks
