- Focusing on Rollouts of D365 solution.
- Primary IT resource throughout the Project, providing the Interface for the Business to communicate
- Acquiring expertise on the Gunnebo Standard D365 solution together with their domain experience on
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Project Scoping: Assessment, FIT/GAP, Preparing Test Scenarios & Test Cases and Estimations on Training & creating quality user manuals.
- Prepare the Key Users in the Project by empowering them to be the Key resources in the business by making them proficient in the process.
- Enable the key users with tools, knowledge and user manuals to train and take first line support towards their end users after Go-live.
- In certain projects the SME could be assigned to be the IT Project Manager.
- As part of the Monthly Release Cycle the SME needs to test new releases for keeping up to date on the solution and give feedback to the Product Team to enhance quality in the solution.
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream, MBA in Service Delivery preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience in Service Delivery process.
- At least 2 years of consulting experience on standard D365 solution.
- Microsoft Certification in D365 Customer Engagement – Field Service module.
- ITIL Certified.
- Focusing on Rollouts of D365 solution.
- Primary IT resource throughout the Project, providing the Interface for the Business to communicate with the Product Team for D365.
