  • Responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities, business development, direct sales, and team management.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reports, as well as database management.
  • Strengthen sales relationships, provide technical sales support, and collaborate on product promotion campaigns.
  • Forecast sales, track competitor activities, and provide feedback to build effective strategies.
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close deals, identifying new leads through calls and visits.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's presence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on understanding and fulfilling their needs.
  • Coordinate sales activities and develop marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
  • Gather insights to solve sales team problems and concentrate on revenue targets.
  • Establish relationships with clients, provide management reports on customer needs and competitive activities.
  • Ensure integration of insights across sales, finance, and operational leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the sales industry, with exposure to product marketing and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills required.
  • Self-motivated and resilient individuals with a proactive approach to sales planning and execution.
  • Good knowledge of the industry with the ability to forecast sales targets accurately.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales communication is a must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, along with the willingness to travel extensively if required.
