Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    • Build and execute a content roadmap aligned with our GTM goals across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Singapore.
    • Drive content themes for all service lines like AI, Data Engineering, Staff Augmentation, and Custom Development.
    • Research ICP pain points and competitive signals to shape content ideas and formats.
Content Creation & Optimisation

  • Independently produce 50–60+ high-value assets per quarter, including SEO blogs, thought leadership articles, landing pages, case studies, sales enablement decks, whitepapers, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle from outlining, drafting, and SME coordination to review and publishing.
  • Apply semantic SEO, structure content for featured snippets, and use AI tools for faster, smarter execution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams for inputs and validation.
  • Partner with designers for visual storytelling.
  • Contribute to sales proposals, decks, and CXO content as needed.

Performance & Growth

  • Use Google Analytics and Search Console to track content performance.
  • Identify underperforming content and refresh with updated structure, CTAs, or data.
  • Own organic growth metrics including traffic, rankings, and inbound leads.



Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of B2B content marketing experience in SaaS, IT services, AI, or data-centric platforms, with hands-on execution and strategic ownership.
  • Deep expertise in SEO-first content strategy. Ability to perform SERP analysis, optimize for semantic SEO, and create content clusters that rank and convert.
  • Strong foundation in technical writing. Capable of simplifying complex topics like AI, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, test automation, product modernization, and CRM or ERP platforms.
  • Proven track record of producing high-impact content assets, including:
  • Long-form blogs, whitepapers, and eBooks
  • Sales collateral like decks and one-pager
  • Case studies, landing pages, and email sequences
  • LinkedIn posts, webinar scripts, and event-based content
  • Demonstrated success in content-led lead generation and demand capture through gated assets and SEO playbooks.
  • Self-motivated and accountable. Able to work independently to manage timelines, align with SMEs, run reviews, and deliver without daily supervision.
  • Comfortable using content ops tools like Google Docs, Notion, JIRA, Confluence, Grammarly, and WordPress.
  • Strong collaborator who works closely with marketing, sales, and engineering to create content that is accurate, engaging, and aligned to business goals.
  • Skilled at using AI and automation tools like Jasper for brainstorming, drafting, and scaling content while maintaining brand tone.
  • Experience mentoring writers or freelancers, managing editorial calendars, or leading full-scale website revamps (20+ pages).
  • Bonus: Content featured on platforms like Forbes, Outlook, or TechCrunch. Certifications in SEO, business communication, or technical writing from Semrush Academy, IIMBx, or HubSpot Academy.
