Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction (Interior Fit Outs) projects within our real estate function. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office spaces are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget, while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage construction teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and site workers, providing direction and support to achieve project goals.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all construction work meets the company's standards and specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and safety.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and facilities management, to integrate their requirements into construction plans.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services within budget constraints.
• Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide updates to senior management.
