Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the resources needed to excel in their roles
• Ensure timely and effective closure of sites, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Assign tasks to technicians well in advance, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and deadlines
• Maintain accurate stock registers for all sites, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that necessary materials are available when needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party HVAC contractors, ensuring that they meet our standards and requirements
