Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in schools and educational institutions to understand their needs and offer customized solutions
- Identify new market opportunities through thorough analysis of sales data, competitor activities, and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize and implement effective campaigns and local outreach programs
- Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Provide regular insights and reports on performance, feedback, and market intelligence to senior management
- Represent the company at educational events, exhibitions, and seminars to boost visibility and pipeline
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in the EdTech or SaaS domain
- Demonstrate proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Communicate effectively in English and at least one local language
- Display strong interpersonal skills, leadership potential, and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Work independently with minimal supervision and remain self-motivated
- Show willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
