What You’ll Do
- Overall, in charge of Client property site and responsible for co-coordination of day-to-day operation, major/minor breakdown which will affect the building occupants.
- Responsible for Taking over Building Equipments and systems from Clients Project team including Conducting system testing, Snagging and periodic review on progress on Snag list.
- Monthly Review with Client Property Management Team & the Administrative representatives of all the Tenant's regarding various maintenance issues & improvement of building system.
- Responsible for Managing Budget allocated, tracking expensing on regular basis.
- Responsible for Building and Labour Compliance
- Responsible for Implementation of Best Practices, Innovations, process improvement at Client Property Location.
- Responsible for activities related to Sustainability, Workplace safety, Job Safety Analysis Vendor evaluation, Inventory Management, Waste Management, Energy and Water Management
- Coordination for implementation of BCP.
- Responsible for Building and Occupant Safety.
- Responsible for Conducting periodic Emergency Evacuation Drills for Building Occupants.
- Responsible for Timely Renewal of AMC, NCAMC and Rate Contracts
- Plan and implement training programs for department staff and clients.
- Design and implement reports to measure service performance metrics.
- Responsible for coordinating for periodic EHS Audit, Process Audit and Energy Audit.
- Periodic review of SOPs / OCPs / Work Instructions/ Fit-out guidelines.
- Coordinate with Client SPOC for External / Internal ISO / Regulatory Audits / Inspections.
- To ensure Timely Submission of Monthly Invoices, MIS Reports, Daily Reports, MMR & QBR data
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with min. 10 years of relevant experience in Property Management. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
