Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Collaborate with studio leadership to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions for open positions (artists, technicians, admin, etc.).
• Manage the recruitment process: posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Provide feedback and support to employees regarding their performance and career development.
• Work with leadership to create growth opportunities within the studio.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and studio policies.
• Assist in the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth communication between different departments (e.g., administrative, creative, technical).
• Help organize studio events or exhibitions, and support team coordination for art-related projects.
