Overview
Serves as a key member of the regional sales management team. As such, plans and executes sales strategies for international product lines and conducts business development and account management activities for current and potential regional clients in India.

a
Builds, plans, and manages long-term sustainable business relationships to maintain and increase sales of JCI’s products and services to major health system accounts, key JCI customers and Ministries of Health and other Governmental entities. Cultivates and builds customer relationships at the executive level, providing customer coordination, and leveraging Principal consultants and other subject matter experts within JCI to assist in closing sales opportunities. Directs Account Management in the creation of proposals and negotiates contracts based on customers’ specific need
s.Responsibiliti
- esBuilds/establishes/maintains relationships with key JCI clients, Health Systems and Ministries of Health. Understands the needs of these organization
- s.Creates sales opportunities by meeting with customers and potential customers, presenting at local and regional meetings and trace shows, coordinating client meetings with JCI executive staff and JCI subject matter experts to further the sales and account management proces
- s.Participates in product development/enhancement meetings with JCI product line managemen
- t.Works to solve service issues/complaints with JCI product and services as expressed by regional customer
- s.Fosters ongoing relationship with current and potential clients by conducting ongoing communication and timely client contac
- t.Generates business leads, follows up on sales opportunities and converts opportunities to signed contracts for high reliability engagement
- s.Documents and tracks customer needs and sales opportunities in Salesforce. Manages, maintains and reports pipeline of future busines

s.Qualificatio
- nsBachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferre
- d.Prior work history in the health care industry required, including experience selling in the India healthcare provider market
- s.Prior work history or familiarity with local or international health care accreditation, accreditation standards, patient safety and quality of care role is preferre
- d.A minimum of 10+ years of successful management, sales, marketing, and/or account management experienc
- e.Ability to prepare and present at local and regional meetings with full understanding of the subject matter and the appropriate level of salesmanship and presentation skill
- s.Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Including fluency in written and spoken English [and fluency in written and spoken languag
