What You’ll Do

Training & Onboarding

  • Engage in a comprehensive training program (2–3 months) covering sales processes, technical skills, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Learn through shadowing senior professionals and on-site visits guided by leadership.

Territory Management

  • Post-training, take ownership of an assigned sales territory.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement

  • Build long-term relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive customer loyalty through service excellence.

Sales Optimization

  • Leverage sales tools like SFDC and sales funnels.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategic action plans.

Field Exposure

  • Travel extensively to understand customer needs, regional variations, and market dynamics.

Qualifications
