Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms.

  • Sales Support:

Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for prospective clients.

  • CRM Management:

Maintain and update CRM with leads, pipeline stages, and follow-ups.

  • Client Coordination:

Help manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and upselling opportunities.

  • Leadership Support:

Work closely with the founder/CEO to manage meetings, schedules, and the execution of key growth initiatives.

  • Market Research:

Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and suggest improvements to sales strategy.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare weekly reports, client decks, and internal sales dashboards.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client management (agency background preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of presentation design or creative services.
