We are looking for a dynamic, accomplished, and insightful candidate to support our Financial Research, Financial Operations, Legal, Compliance, Human Capital, Administration, and Finance teams in the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the firm. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and implement a talent development strategy for the non-tech and enabling functions. Additionally, the candidate will be given the opportunities to build, create, and develop various facets of the training processes, collaborate with high-caliber colleagues in a collegial environment, and lead projects independently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory support, and implementation to non-tech functions encompassing financial research, operations, legal, compliance, and enabling groups for learning and development initiatives and practices. The role entails gathering inputs from various stakeholders in the non-technology groups to practice determining and translate learning needs into impactful learning solutions. In addition, collaborating with subject matter experts and councils within the organization to ensure learning content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate. You will also collaborate with technical experts within the organization to ensure learning content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate. The aim is to streamline learning processes, platforms, and practices to enhance learner experience and productivity. The role involves deploying programs and initiatives to address financial, domain relevant (taxation, compliance, legal, human capital etc.) and behavioral learning needs. Additionally, you will execute end-to-end program management and coordinate vendor management, data analysis, and reporting efforts.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic qualifications:

  • An MBA in human resources with over 8 - 10 years of work experience in talent development
  • Proficiency in designing instructor-led and online learning programs, including facilitator, participant guides, and learning job aids
  • A strategic mindset and approach towards creating learning experiences that improve learner engagement and retention levels
  • A passion for the talent development and technology domain as well as robust stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to learn quickly and execute with discipline and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Learning Management Systems, and Project Management
  • The capability to be collaborative and team-oriented

Preferred qualifications:

  • Prior work experience in the Information Technology industry
