In this role, you will build virtual device emulator technology to speed developer workflows in the connected device domain. You will be developing interoperability frameworks to ensure that ecosystems of our device software and partner apps work consistently.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in coding, developing test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.
- 2 years of experience in programming languages Java and Python, including programming practices, features and capabilities, and system management tools.
- Experience with automation testing.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience debugging, triaging, and fixing program code or system issues (e.g., firmware, software, application, operational, process).
- Experience in defining software architecture, components, modules, interfaces, and data for a system, including validating for correctness, functionality, reliability, and other characteristics.
- Experience with phases and activities of a software test cycle.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop tooling and infrastructure in collaboration with others, often researching part of the problem to suggest alternatives.
- Execute subtasks within the scope of a larger project (e.g., analysis, metrics, releases, documentation).
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers. Identify and share opportunities and technical context that inform cross-functional efforts.
- Generate the ideas required to solve technical problems and take full ownership of the solution.
