What We Expect

• Supervise and support a team of elevator service technicians in performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Schedule and prioritize service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians on complex repairs or escalated issues.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Monitor technician productivity, job completion, and adherence to timelines.
• Train new hires and conduct regular skills assessments for team members.
• Maintain service records, equipment logs, and performance reports.
• Liaise with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with management on resource planning, inventory needs, and workflow improvements.
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in elevator technology is preferred.
• Valid Elevator Mechanic License (as per local/state regulations).
• 5+ years of experience in elevator service/repair, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of elevator systems (mechanical, electrical, and control systems).
• Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ASME A17.1) and inspection protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and service documentation.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
