The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities

• Assist in acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Support requirements gathering, business analysis and process reengineering to address challenges and enhance government service delivery.
• Track project progress, highlight potential risks and assist in ensuring the timely achievement of milestones.
• Prepare concept notes, detailed reports and presentations to support stakeholder review and decision-making processes.
• Provide support for digital transformation initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.
  
  
  

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process reengineering, stakeholder management and project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify core issues, evaluate alternatives and recommend feasible solutions.
  
  
  

Preferred Skill Sets

• Exposure to government digital transformation initiatives or public service delivery projects.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.
