Job Role - Sales Team Leader

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore | Onsite

Compensation - 8 LPA to 10 LPA

Responsibilities-

● Lead a team of 10-15 Sales Development Associates with effective mentoring/ coaching

● Improve calling/ sales processes in order to optimize the overall team productivity, audit score and conversions

● End to end ownership of sales pipeline creation, management of lead follow ups and effective lead prioritization to generate maximum sales ROI

● Disposition tracking and adherence, and effectively monitoring/ improving lead coverage rates

● Engaging with customers, offering product details, aiding in purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping journey


Requirements-

● Strong listening and presentation skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings

● Immediate joiner is preferred


Timings-

● 9 hours shift | 6 days working with 1 day week off
