Role Overview

As the Competency Head for Instructional Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our instructional strategies. Leveraging your expertise in the EdTech industry and leadership in instructional design, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of competency frameworks that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of competency frameworks for instructional design.

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the instructional design team.

Ensure that deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge EdTech solutions.

Monitor industry trends and continuously refine instructional strategies.

Skills and Experience Required

Expertise in the EdTech industry and instructional design leadership.

20 - 24 years of experience in relevant fields.

Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

In-depth understanding of modern instructional design methodologies.
