Role Overview

We are looking for a QA Lead – Content to spearhead the quality assurance efforts for our eLearning solutions. The role involves hands-on leadership in functionality testing, UI/UX testing, and HTML5 content validation, ensuring all learning content meets the highest standards. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective QA strategies and enhance content delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage QA processes across functionality, HTML5, and UI/UX testing.

Design and implement robust QA methodologies and workflows tailored to eLearning products.

Utilize test management tools to track issues, report bugs, and drive resolution.

Partner with developers, designers, and instructional content teams to maintain content quality and user experience.

Continuously refine testing strategies to align with evolving project requirements and industry trends.

Skills and Experience Required

7–9 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong background in eLearning and EdTech.

Hands-on expertise in QA functionality testing, UI/UX evaluation, and HTML5 testing.

Proficiency in using test management platforms and implementing QA best practices.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive team success.

Demonstrated experience in optimizing QA processes and enhancing content quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
