Job Position Summa

ry The Strategic Sourcing Specialist primarily supports sourcing and category teams by providing cost models, reports, market insights, project delivery coaching, and spend and supplier analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. This role may also involve leading contract negotiations when necessary and managing new and renewal contracts, requiring expertise in contract management. The Specialist will participate in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities, collaborating with the category team to strengthen supplier relationships. Reporting to the GM of Strategic Sourcing, the Specialist will develop their sourcing and project management skills while working closely with Category Leads to enhance their knowledge across various categories and support the implementation of category strategies and plans.
