Guest Relations Executive

Camp Monk is a nature-first hospitality brand building India’s most unique outdoor stays — from pet-friendly camps and caravan parks to weekend festivals and off-grid cabins. Our new flagship site in Vasind is an expansive nature escape by the river, just 90 minutes from Mumbai, where guests come to unwind and reconnect.

We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented Guest Relations Executive to be the face of the experience — welcoming guests, managing communications, and ensuring each stay is memorable.

1. Guest Engagement & Support

• Greet guests on arrival, assist with check-ins and brief them on the property
• Address guest queries, feedback, and concerns promptly with empathy
• Manage WhatsApp, calls, and emails for on-site support

2. Booking Coordination

• Work with the central reservations team to update arrivals, special requests, and preferences
• Maintain updated occupancy records and room readiness

3. Experience Management

• Help coordinate scheduled activities like nature walks, bonfires, meals, and weekend events
• Share information on local attractions, trails, and add-on experiences

4. Operational Support

• Assist the Camp Manager with daily operational reports and task checklists
• Communicate smoothly between departments (kitchen, housekeeping, events)

• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles
• Friendly communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic digital tools
• Fluency in English and Marathi (Hindi is a plus)
• Passionate about the outdoors and people-oriented
• Willingness to work weekends and be based on-site or close to the property
