Tech Support Engineer- Tech Success

What You'll Achieve
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support & Maintenance Engineer with experience in ASP.NET, SQL,Web API, and basic JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling L3 technical support tickets, troubleshooting application issues, performing bug fixes, supporting deployments, and ensuring stability of production systems.

What You'll Achieve
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support & Maintenance Engineer with experience in ASP.NET, SQL,Web API, and basic JavaScript. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling L3 technical support tickets, troubleshooting application issues, performing bug fixes, supporting deployments, and ensuring stability of production systems.
You Will
- Application Support & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ASP.NET web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Respond to support tickets, analyze logs, debug code, and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Provide L3 technical support in coordination with the ticket coordinator and infrastructure teams.
- Bug Fixing & Enhancements
- Identify and fix code defects in ASP.NET application and Web API layers.
- Modify and enhance existing functionalities based on support tickets and business requirements.
- Work on small change requests or enhancements and support feature validation in staging environments
- System Monitoring & Deployment
- Monitor application health, performance, and logs.
- Support production deployments and rollbacks.
- Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and patch releases.
- Documentation & Communication
- Maintain support documentation, issue logs, and resolution steps.
- Clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Assist in knowledge sharing within the tech team.

Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in ASP.NET (C#).
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API.
- Understanding of basic JavaScript and DOM manipulation.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with SQL writing and debugging.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.
