Job Responsibilities

Having knowledge of software MMS, Brain Powder, Any Inventory Software.
Having good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Having good knowledge of GRN & Stock Transfer Note.
Having good knowledge of Inventory Management (Like:- LIFO, FIFO & ABC Analysis, Par Stock Level, Critical Stock Level)
Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules.
Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.
Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.
Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory software.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors by email or phone for timely delivery.
Coordinate with the operations team by email or phone for invoice tracking.
Maintain the records of all stores related activities in Microsoft Excel. (Having good knowledge of Excel)
