Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet goals and deadlines
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance
• Identify and resolve any issues that may impact production efficiency
• Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient supply for production needs
• Adapt to changing circumstances and implement adjustments as necessary
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
