MIS Executive in Dewas, Indore, Ujjain

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations, sales, and performance metrics
• Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.) to analyze large datasets
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with different departments (HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather and organize data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Generate performance dashboards and business insights
• Support management in decision-making with relevant data and trend analysis
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in MIS or reporting role (freshers with strong Excel skills may apply)
• Proficient in MS Excel, especially in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, Charts
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
  
  

Preferred (Good To Have)

• Knowledge of Excel Macros or Power Query
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
• Experience with reporting for e-commerce or digital marketing companies
