Job Purpose
Duties and Responsibilities
Х Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Personal Loans
Х Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Х Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Х Identifying the need of sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM/NSM
Х Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Х Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
Х Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction.
Х Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes &
Profitability across locations.
Х Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets
Х Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio.
Х Ensure 100% Collections
Required Qualifications And Experience
Х Graduation with 4 to 6 years and MBA with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Х Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
Х Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
Х Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
Х People & Relationship Management skills.
Х Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
Х Affirmative in nature, Strong Leadership Skills, Clarity of thought and perseverance.
