Radiography Safety Engineer

Your activities

• To ensure all statutory guidelines & safety requirements are met as per AERB / BARC.
• To maintain Ellora site.
• NDT inspection at all the stages complying all the requirement of approved NDT procedures/Specifications & Ensure that welder’s
• identification and weld joint identification shall be correlated with RT reports.
• To coordinate with Production team for RT test and review all RT films and generate report.
• To manage manpower and perform test as per the production plan in 3shifts.
• To generate MIS of RT Lab (RT Film consumption, RT repair, Manhour consumed, RT Tracker)
• Analysis of RT repair - Preparation and circulation of monthly radiography summary for all the radiography performed and analysis
• of repairs welder wise
• To reduce consumable cost (Film, Developing Medium etc.) by 30%.
  
  

Your profile

• BE / Diploma - Mechanical / Electrical
• RSO Certification & approval from AERB
• BARC Level - I (Radiographer),
• ASNT RT Level II RT,MPI,DPT,UT,VT
• ISO – 9712 , RT Level - II
