People Manager

What You'll Do -

• Lead and manage core people processes across the entire employee lifecycle, becoming a trusted point of contact for people-related queries.

• Collaborate closely with the People Team to deliver initiatives in onboarding, L&D, performance management, and recruitment.

• Manage HR operations in terms of contracts, offers and confirmation process and anything else that is a part of the employment lifecycle. Partner with the People Director and the Finance Director in critical global and regional projects. Provide people data and analysis.

What You'll Need -

• Proven experience as an HR business partner, ideally in a fast-paced media or creative industry (Mid-level).

• Strong ability to align HR practices with business goals and support organizational change.

• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee data.

• High level of integrity and strong value system.

• Ability to work with multiple generations and senior stakeholders.
