As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and employee management
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and goals
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting the bank's products and services
  • Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on branch performance and activities to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
