Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IICS and Snowflake and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of our data integration and storage solutions ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data integration workflows using IICS to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Design and implement Snowflake data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring data solutions meet business objectives.
• Optimize data integration processes for performance scalability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and storage ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating relevant advancements into the development process.
• Participate in the planning and execution of data migration projects ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data integration and storage solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Monitor and analyze system performance identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies protecting sensitive information and maintaining regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.

• Possess strong expertise in IICS and Snowflake with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data integration and ETL processes ensuring efficient and reliable data flow.
• Have experience with data warehousing concepts and best practices optimizing storage and retrieval.
• Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues maintaining system performance and data integrity.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills addressing complex data challenges.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
