Position Summary

Purpose

Responsible for entering data, running and creating reports, quality checking data for errors before and after entry thus ensuring accuracy. Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential.

Functions

Duties And Responsibilities

Essential

• Assist LMS and PCA Administrators when needed.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating e-Learning training content in the LMS.
• Assist in user acceptance testing of new content/software
• Use spreadsheets to upload training data into the Learning Management System.
• Navigate different screens to maintain accurate data within LMS.
• Process class credit and scores for classes within the LMS.
• Run standard training reports in software as required.
• Input curricula in the LMS for Worldwide departments.
• Create and schedule reports

Qualifications

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Higher Education Degree (BS or Masters) in education, business, or IS.
• 2+ years LMS or Training experience required
  
  

DESIRED

• Background in corporate training or records control
• 2+ years Systems Management Experience
